Yes, we offer Virtual Assistant services at $10 per listing.
At The Heirlooms Bazaar we hope to provide a high-quality curated service that works well for both buyers and sellers.
All Sellers must provide a Facebook / LinkedIn profile that is at least 2 years old. This ensures that the participants are verifiable real people.
Buyers & Sellers are then encouraged to contact each other, and get to know each other through, gain each other's trust and establish confidence prior to transacting.
Once approved, sellers pay a one time set-up fee to create a dedicated page.
This also allows us to filter in only serious Sellers.
For every listing sellers pay a listing fee.
Other optional fees apply for additional services if required.
A registered Seller may list any number of artworks.
A guide is provided to all sellers at the time of registration, outlining the listing requirements for photos & description.
Every listing will be assessed for photo quality and description details before it is published and corrections recommended before the listing is published.
This creates a standardised understanding across all listings on The Heirlooms Bazaar.
Sellers can expect exposure with a targeted niche audiences of textile art lovers.
a) The listing will receive standard coverage alongside all of the other items in the gallery.
b) In addition, to the details the Vendor provides, we add other details to enhance the basic searchability of the listing.
c) We may also add research notes and reviews to highlight noteworthy aspects.
d) Select listings may be added to sister websites for additional exposure.
Optional Promotions are available and are encouraged for artworks that are either of exceptional quality or are very good bargains.
The "Contact Seller" button placed on every listing encourages prospective buyers to email the Seller and initiate a discussion with the Seller.
The Seller's email ID is visible to all visitors directly.
All communication, price negotiation, payment & shipping dealings
are conducted SOLELY between the buyer and seller
and The Heirloom Bazaar is not a part of these processes.
Buyers communicate with the Sellers directly.
Buyers pay the Sellers directly.
Sellers ship to their Buyers directly.

The actual sale-purchase, payment and shipping are conducted outside the The Heirloom Bazaar.
We only provide a platform for listing and offer exposure.
Whether the item sells or not depends on many factors and so there is no way to guarantee that the item will sell.
However we promise to put in our best marketing inputs towards encouraging the sales of your items.
The answer to this question is not known.
It could take months or a few days.
If the item is of a popular category, if the photographs are appealing and if the price is attractive results could be sooner.
The Heirloom Bazaar will bring traffic to the web-gallery but arousing the buyer's interest depends entirely on the listing.
NO commission is to be paid on the final sale value.
The Seller sets the price and keeps all of the earnings.
The Seller pays The Heirloom Bazaar only for
1) the initial set-up
2) any additional optional services
3) any optional promotions
NOTE: JOINING AS BUYER & JOINING AS A SELLER ARE NOT THE SAME
AS THEY HAVE DIFFERENT FUNCTIONALITIES.
SO IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED AS A BUYER AND WISH TO SELL NOW,
YOU WILL HAVE TO REGISTER AGAIN AS A SELLER.
